Coral
Coral comes in a variety of colors,in red, rose, orange, blue, white and black. It is the skeletal material of calcium carbonate, built up by small animals that live in colonies in the sea. Red, pink, and white coral is mostly calcium carbonate. Black and golden coral is conchiolin. A variety of forms were used in the Indian jewelry for the earrings, in which pearls, filigree, gems, and coral appeared in floral compositions based on the contrast between the different colors. It is thought by the ancients to be a stone. It is said to cure madness and give wisdom,and it is used to build an emotional foundation.Tags:Color, Pearls, Coral
